OstoRecovery is a free program . It sends one short, practical ostomy tip to your phone each day for 30 days.
The messages are written in plain language and focus on everyday ostomy questions.
The goal is to make adjustment feel less overwhelming, one small message at a time.
OstoRecovery is educational and does not replace your medical team.

HOW IT WORKS

OstoRecovery is available by invitation only. If the program is offered to you, you will receive a private registration link.

After registration, you will receive a text asking you to confirm that you want OstoRecovery messages.

Once confirmed, you will receive one short, practical ostomy tip by SMS each day for 30 days.

You can also text common ostomy questions and receive educational answers.
